The property is an heritage building, the French Embassy back to 19 Century. Hotel management was good and eveyything had been well maintained. Breakfast was good, with varieties. Staff were freidnly and polite. Location was good, and walkable to subway station. This was my fourth stay and was pleased to be back

Everything was good. We had nothing to say bad about Okura Garden Shanghai. The only complaint was the housekeeping lady who pressed our door bell three times between 4 and 5 pm to check if she could make up our room. When we asked her to come back at 5:30, she replied bitterly though politely that her shift finished at 6.
