The hotel is perfect. Great location near the Yu Garden just 100 M from the metro station. The hotel is new and rooms are perfect and clean. The staff in reception are very friendly and helpful but their English is not good enough.

Amazing breakfast selection, healthy and appetizing menu. Great central location, just steps away from Yu Garden and train station. Staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Everything was clean and spotless. The only thing they need to improve on is to make their sewer pipe vent smell better by fixing the pipes or it could be their p-trap drains.

Location of the hotel is super, crossing street is a subway entry, crossing another street is the famous YuYuan area. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and quiet, using washers and dryers without a penny... We enjoy very minutes there.

WiFi doesn’t like Lao wai at this hotel, and really uncomfortable for 2 people. The room was an open floor plan without bathroom walls and separate lights. If you get up in the middle of the night then you have to turn on the bedroom lights to use the bathroom. Other than that, great location, friendly staff, bed was comfortable, pillows were good, hallway was noisy, no soundproof. Good hotel, but we won’t be coming back.
