"Clean, quiet location. Easy to get to Strasbourg by a tram which is only five min drive from hotel. Parking at tram station easy. Cost of all day parking and ticket for two of us to the city and back was only 4.20 euros. Breakfast was good, costs 17 euro and was worth it Nice and very helpful staff Big rooms"

"Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, direkt am Europäischen Parlament und mit einer Tram Linie vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war voll ausgestattet, sogar mit allen Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung. Frühstück befindet sich im 9. Stock. Es gibt Buffet mit einer tollen Auswahl von Wurst, Käse, süßem Gebäck und Säften. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. "If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a convenient location, just steps from the train station, and within easy walking distance to all the sights. I must commend two employees for their superior customer service. Both Amélie and Anna went out of their way to make our stay special. Amélie called a restaurant and made reservations for dinner on our first night! And Anna recommended a place to eat a yummy local dish on another...
