Staff was very helpful, room was clean. Neighborhood was quiet, but a bit crowded in the morning. Overall good value for the money

Luckily arrived 8 minutes before staff fled so we were able to get code. Bed was comfortable, parking was ample, shower was great. Not within walking distance of anything. Concrete benches to sit outside but that is all.
Very good value for money. Good service as well and comfortable beds.

Great place to explore Strasbourg and surroundings. Use the Park and ride to have a very reasonable ride in to the city centre or ither areas.
Our room was connectedto the next room via a doir, unfortunately on our second and third night we had a smking and noisy neighor who smokedoutthe window resolting inthe smoke vapors entering our room even past midnight. Unfortunately there was nobody tocomplain to.
Good hotel, never used this chain before, it's similar to others in France located on the outskirts of cities. Fabulous shower, nice size tv with bbc news channel
Checking in by means of the computer screen was very complicated. I had to call for help (and wait...) three times! Not a nice welcome. Once these problems were solved, the hotel was good enough for two stars.
The check in process extremely complicated because the was no one at the reception even though that it was at 14:00 the hour of the official check in. The old lady who was checking in before us was so stressed out and nervous about the whole situation. It shouldn't be like that. That was our first time in B&B that there was no one at the front desk. On top of everything they change the code to the main door everyday so the hotel is locked like a fortress and you have to call them and ask for another code to enter the building.
The hotel is located in an industrial area right next to electricity transmission poles, so the surroundings aren’t great. Overall okay, but you’ll need to drive to town as it’s quite far out.
On arrival, the receptionist spent about ten minutes chatting with someone else before serving me, and continued speaking only French even after I said I don’t speak it. She had quite an attitude and didn’t mention that room 33 isn’t on the third floor, which most guests would expect. The room itself is basic but fine, though the entry code system could be a hassle if you lose it.
