"Accueil parfait... peut rebuter certaines personnes car c'est une résidence de personnes ågées alors que les photos ne le montrent pas mais c était parfait pour une nuit d autant que le tram n était qu à 10 minutes à pied, idéal pour aller à notre spectacle "

"Das Frühstück war okay, aber das Personal überfordert und dem entsprechend funktioniert einige Dinge überhaupt nicht... von 3 Cafeautomaten waren 2 meistens außer Betrieb, Brot wurde nur spärlich auf gefühlt, der Saft Automat war undicht und das ausgelaufen Wasser wurde nicht entfernt..Der Ablauf war sehr chaotisch und nicht besonders professionell, auch die hygienische Handhabung ließ zu wünschen übrig, bei einem 4 Sterne Unterkunft. Bei der Reinigung der Zimmer war es sehr ähnlich, es wurde...

"C’était notre pied à terre pour notre visite. Je noterais le lit très confortable, refait tous les jours. Hotel propre partout. Petit plus, à la réception, chaque matin petit café et viennoiserie à discrétions. Je recommande. "

"La habitación es muy autentica y acojedora, y el baño es muy cómodos y nuevo. Tiene radiador para calefacción tanto en el baño como en la habitación. La cama de nuestra habitación era muy cómoda, la ropa de cama limpia y de alta calidad, ya que estuvimos entre 0ºy 4º y no tuvimos la necesidad de poner el calefactor, solo me tapaba con el nórdico y ya pasaba hasta calor. "The bed was most uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle, and rather low. Outside the room were some bait boxes, probably for mice. The communal shower wasnt the best, only one per floor, but the toilet, also only one per floor, was clean and spacy. The hotel is situated in a rather run down neighbourhood which makes walking there after dark rather scary. However, the staff was wonderful and the price is cheap compared to other hotels in Strasbough."

"We had an excellent stay at the Boutique Hotel XV . The staff were very very helpful ,always smiling, and super efficient. Our room was fabulous and very clean with all the amenities mentioned. The hotel was located in a lovely quiet area of Strasbourg. And it was very easy for us to navigate our way around the city . All in all an excellent stay . "
