"For $30 US breakfast each morning was wonderful. There’s no place else to eat nearby so that is your main option. It had all the eggs and bacon, cereals, smoked salmon, yogurts lots of breads. The view of the lake Luzerne is fabulous from their balcony. Be sure to get a Lakeview room."

"The apartment is as basic as it gets. More comparable to a youth hostel. On the positive it was fine to accommodate for a family of four and conveniently close to Chapel Bridge. However, the bed and bathroom are very basic. The bathroom needs updating as there was peeling paint on the ceiling and door. I Kitchen functional but basic. Only four bath towels provided. No hand towels. Elevator was broken on our exit where we had to carry luggage and bags for a family of four down five...

"I didn't realize this place is not staffed, so that was our only issue when arriving at 10am after an overnight flight with no place to store luggage. A really helpful guy at the plant store next door told us there would be a code to let us in, etc., but with no one to talk to and no way to call due to our limited data plan, it took us awhile to figure it out. If you need to store luggage, there's a luggage storage place inside a jewelry store just a few min walk away (look up Radical Storage)...

"The hotel is in a great location and is convenient for exploring the area. However, the listing is misleading and does not accurately reflect the property or its amenities. Several amenities did not work properly during our stay. The refrigerator barely cooled, and the coffee maker was not functioning. Since there is no on-site staff available, it was difficult to get assistance or resolve these issues. The photos on the booking platform also make the property appear nicer than it actually is....

"Excellent location in Old Lucerne and walkable to all attractions, trains, boats. Not suitable for wheelchairs as two steps from front desk to elevator. Two nights well spent in the area. Loved Lucerne!"

"Lovely hotel but if it’s hot it’s unbearable at night. No air con. Some of the charging sockets in the room didn’t work. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok."
