The hotel was centrally located near the train station and Old Town. There were excellent restaurants located in the hotel. The room was very nice and there was in-room coffee which we appreciated! We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay here! Great location, easy walk to train station and old town, lake Lucerne as well. Quiet room, comfy bed. Breakfast was good, although it seemed to end a but earlier than stated, so don't wait till last minute!

Very nice hotel. Great location!

We had a lovely stay in Lucerne. The hotel was very nice and the location is excellent - very close to Old Town and the train station. Breakfast was excellent - both hot and cold food.

Woken up every single morning around 7/8am onwards by chairs just constantly getting dragged around the floors EVERY single morning and would continue into the early afternoon. The room was constanly warm the first thing we did on arrival was turn heating off and open the window and it just didn't make a difference the room was way too hot.
