"Very nice and comfortable hotel in a quiet location. There was a free secure underground parking. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. "
"Loved this Hotel. Super clean plus the staff is very nice. The Spanish restaurant Bolero is great. Only a couple of blocks from train station, shops and restaurants. We chose the rite place for sure. "

Old Town Lucerne is popular for its lake views, and if you're looking for more to see and do, you might think about a trip to Lucerne Town Hall or Hertensteinstrasse.
Littau is well liked for its restaurants. If you'd like to do some sightseeing in the greater Lucerne area, you might plan a trip to Chateau Guetsch or Jesuit Church.
Lucerne old town is fascinating. I recommend you to see Spreuer Bridge and the exquisite interior of Franciscan Church. Richard-Wagner-Museum on the outskirts of the city is worth visiting for classical music lovers.

Was in Lucerne to rest as a part of my longer trip in Europe. Wanted to enjoy views of the mountains as I went up two of them including Pilatus and Titlus. Great views. Yummy food. Also had a taste of the Swiss Stare and the outrageous prices.

Should have stay 2-3 days to enjoy the boat rides to other towns. Old town itself and the sightseeing 2 days is good. Spend extra day taking the boat ride the other town's surrounding the lake would be a good option.

Best part of Lucerne is Mount Pilatus. Be prepared to pay tourist prices for all things here. But worth a visit once.

"Very friendly staff, hotel overlooking the lake with stunning views.
E-bikes and paddle boat rental included!
Restaurant with excellent food. Will definitely come back"
"Loved our stay here! It was close to the main train station and made getting around the city so easy! We were surprised to find that the hotel provided a city card that gives you free access to the city buses. And 20% discount at attractions. We took advantage of the buses to save our feet. We ducked onto a bus when it was raining hard, taking a long bus ride just to wait out the rain/take a break. The hotel breakfast was very reasonable and had a large selection of cold items (meat/cheese, breads, veggies, cereal/museli, yogurt, boiled eggs). We enjoyed it. The rooms were comfortable but sparse. It is a value hotel with no frills, so don’t expect fancy decor. But the location made it a great choice. There were some restaurants in the area, but not many. Also a nice grocery store very close that sold water, snacks, and breads much cheaper than what we got in the city. Staff were also friendly and helpful. "
"Nothing not to like about this property! Absolutely perfect in all aspects. Great restaurants, rooftop lounge. Stayed here once before, almost 50 years ago; now I'm back again. My only place to stay in Lake Lucerne!!! "
