"This hotel was really cute & even told my family I wanted to come back since we didn’t get to enjoy it much due to only staying 1 night & exploring Hollywood we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or bar area. That was until I got home & my bank notified me that the hotel was trying to charge my card multiple times with random amounts. I immediately called and they said it’s mini bar charges for wine & beer.. what? I never touched anything in that fridge & the manager responded with well what about water? Anything? No one drank anything out of the fridge.. it was $100 then $34 … nothing in that bar was that much so really confused why that would happen… beware and monitor your account after leaving because they definitely tried to take my money for nothing!! "

When entered in this property, I saw a young female siting behind security window and i submitted my id and she assigned a room for me, there wasn’t no shampoo, soap towel and blanket and room was smell strong cigarettes and hard to breath ,and extremely noisy neighborhood I went to reception she said this property doesn’t provide shampoo and guess has to buy their own, I went outside to my car , I noticed that it’s really scary and drug dealers and druggie hanging there , I contacted Expedia via chat I requested to refund my money, and receptionist name same mentioned, I have to get refund by Expedia and it’s prepaid and I am totally surprised by Expedia and photos on website doesn’t match at all and it’s really unsafe neighborhood and scary, "

"Didn’t even get through the door. The franchise owners didn’t put any effort into disclosing their specific stipulations on specific cards they don’t take. They suddenly tried to surprise me with a $200 deposit because they somehow don’t take any specific bank visa credit card, even though it’s FDIC insured and everything. Money is money, and credit is credit. That $200 is nearly double what it cost me to book my stay and is absolutely absurd. They ruined my entire weekend with these surprise policies that were not disclosed prior to booking on the hotels app. That is unacceptable and in my opinion, very shady. "

"Rooms were nice and there was a full breakfast every day (eggs and either sausage or bacon, toast, yogurt and juice). The cleaning service was good. Parking was double parked. So if you parked behind someone, you had to leave your keys at the desk. That was odd but it worked. We were third floor and heard quite a bit of street noise. So not very quiet. If you want a workout room, this is not your place. It is a small office, glass door and three pieces of equipment."

"The staff was available and the room was clean. When we checked in they told me they charge $10 for parking each night, even though we booked to stay. Ive never been charged for that before anywhere. I booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed to sleep 6. There was 2 beds but no sofa bed. When I asked for a different room that had one and they said no. That the room sleeps 6. That we could sleep 3 to a bed. The remote didn't work and the sliding bathroom door kept getting stuck. "
