"I would never stay in this hotel ever again. The place was dirty, they don’t have any non smoking room. I was switched over to a different room because the first room had cigarette ashes on top of the Ac. No iron to iron my clothes, place was dirty, the lady working the front is not friendly at all. Will not recommend this place to any one. Book at your own risk! The pillows had hairs as well."

"Our stay was amazing! Booked 2 rooms for our family vacation and both rooms were very clean and well kept. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided as well as bar soap and bar face wash. All rooms have small balconies and the fridge has a few drinks upon arrival. The property itself is beautiful and has a modern/retro vibe. Parking is convenient and there is a shuttle that is for hotel guests that takes guests to universal studios and other locations. The employees were also all so helpful and make you feel welcomed! Highly recommend this hotel if you ask me."

"The continental breakfast was cold and not much options. Coffee was bad, we were probably better off getting startbucks to go. The sitting area was also not nice and there was construction so people in line to check in where in the way to the elevators. The hotel is getting a bit dated and it's still expensive. Parking has gone up too. Overall okay for proximity."

"This is a prime example of how looks can be deceiving. When we first pulled up, it seemed like it was questionable…. Graffiti on the outside of the hotel and since we were unfamiliar with the area, we just weren’t sure what to expect. However, once we got into our room- we absolutely loved it. We chose the multi bed option, a king bed and bunk beds for our teens that we were traveling with. The bunks were in a separate room which was nice. The hotel room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The location was good- we were very close to universal studios. We opted to Uber to Hollywood just because we weren’t sure of the parking situation. Overall- we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"The neighborhood was filthy and disgusting, as was the lobby. This is a motel in a seedy part of North Hollywood. Nowhere near Burbank Airport. How they have the audacity to call it Best Western Burbank Airport Inn is beyond me. There were people smoking in the parking lot, homeless people wandering through the lobby, and the area rug in the lobby was stained and filthy. The “receptionist” was nice enough to cancel my reservation after I called Expedia and told them there was no way I was going to stay at that property. Expedia should remove it from their site!"
