When we arrived late evening to check-in we were told by the gentleman at the front desk that their wasn't a room for us because EXPEDIA had overbooked. We had booked this room 5 weeks prior to our check-in day! I had to spend 1.5 hrs on the phone with someone from EXPEDIA while they tried to find us another hotel. Fortunately PALM GARDEN took us in for the 3 nights otherwise we would have been on the street. We checked into PALM GARDEN at 1:30AM. We've booked many trips with EXPEDIA. We certainly didn't deserve this kind of treatment. My wife ended up getting really sick from all the stress related to this incident. I would like for someone from EXPEDIA to contact us concerning this troubling event. AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE. Thanks
