"Really lovely room and amazingly comfy bed. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The accommodation is beautiful, with stylish, high-quality rooms and thoughtful extras such as complimentary water and snacks. We felt very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The pub is also great, with delicious food. Unfortunately, a couple of small details took away from the experience. Despite informing the accommodation in advance and mentioning it when booking our table, my partner’s milestone birthday went unacknowledged. I had also arranged a bottle of wine as a surprise for...

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Small Euro bath was to be expected big bagger than many and nicely appointed. The room was attractively decorated and had absolutely everything we needed. Staff was wonderful. No lift. 56 stairs to the top floor and room 6. Narrow, winding and one stretch with...

"Lovely location for a week in London"

"Excellent meal, a nice/friendly/spacious bar and a comfortable room with airconditioning."

The one area where there is a chair and small side table was very dark at night. Needs a floor lamp. Bathroom is very big and looked newly remodeled. The tub/shower is difficult to get in and out of due to the height of the tub. Maybe a handle of some type. The stairs are narrow and spiral and the stairs leading to the door...

"The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...
