Dear Mr Lopez, I am sorry to hear that the hotel did not meet up to your expectation. I have investigated the matter with my team and wanted to clarify the concerns. All the rooms are thoroughly inspected by my Housekeeping supervisor before we let out any room to our guests. The same was inspected on the day of your arrival. Regarding the Expedia website, we do advertise all the relevant information of the rooms, with the facilities that we provide. They are accurate. I was surprised to learn that you did not like the location of the hotel as majority of our guest's return again for the location as we are very close to the underground station which is well connected to the city centre and the heathrow airport. I understand that this hotel was not to your liking & expectation. I can only hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back. Regarding the size of the room, we do provide as much information of our rooms and facilities on our website inorder to avoid any dissapointment. Earls court area is one of the popular location for tourists as it's very well connected to all teh main attraction and airports. I am sorry that you encountered some homeless people.
