Thanks for your review Amy. I am not sure this was mentioned at the time of your stay. I am aware you had to leave early. Please be assured that our staff are under strict instructions not to give access to food deliveries to guests' bedroom. Our policy is in fact to call the guests to collect orders from reception. I can only apologise if someone rung your bell.I have checked your reservation which was made on the day of your arrival, and it is for room only, so breakfast was not included.I hope you now feel reassured.Best regards
