I stayed at Park Lane on Crawford Place and it’s a fantastic location. All the shops are nearby, and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The apartment is fully equipped, with big windows that make it very bright and comfortable.

was scared by some bad reviews before arrive, but everything just great! Super location, walk distance to bus and underground stations. Apartment was clean and quiet!! Super value of money! Will definitely come again. We enjoyed our stay!

Great appart for big family

5mn walk from Edgware road station, calm and very nice appartment with lot of light. Jeremy was so nice to welcome us and helping us for our luggages storage. Good place for a family with 6 people.

Brilliant location for seeing sights of London. Walkable to Oxford street and very easy access to buses. Good to have kitchen, ensuite for main bedroom and separate bathroom. Excellent for families. Park lane also organised airport pickup which for 5 pro pole was cheaper than Heathrow express. There is only a washing machine and an air drying rack.

Well-located and quiet

The apartment is well-located, just a 5 minute walk to the Edgware Road tube station. You can go to most of the main attractions from there on the Circle Line. The apartment is on a quiet street. The beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms made things easy for my family. There are also a few grocery stores nearby. We were able to have breakfast in the apt. before heading out for the day. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

OK place to stay

Convenient location, but a 30-45 minute cab ride to the sites. I wouldn’t classify this as a luxury apartment, but it is a decent place to stay. Like most London buildings, it’s older and has water pressure issues and for a warm shower, only have one water running at a time. I took a few photos that help explain why luxury isn’t how I would describe it. The view from the bedrooms has a lot of debris and the hallways double as storage. It was a clean apartment.

Family of 6 vacation

Decided to stay here for a vacation with 4 kids ranging 10-17 yr old. My wife and I stayed in the Edgeware/Paddington area before so decided to give this property a try with a large group. Property was clean with a somewhat new kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of heat and good view of the London rooftops. Apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, clothes washer, hair dryers, and plenty of clean towels. Property manager was very nice, attentive to messages, and easy going. Property is located in an Arabic leaning neighborhood, plenty of small restaurants, a very nice grocery store, and pub right across the street. Would do this again if given the chance with a large family. Smaller group we would most likely stay elsewhere.

We are a family of six traveling Europe. The interior of the apartment is spacious and clean with soft beds, pillows, and sheets. The fully equipped kitchen saves us a lot of money from eating out and the washing machine was a big help (no clothes dryer, though). We managed. We appreciated the elevation since we are traveling with elderly parents. Minor issues with leaking coffee pot, the washer, and the leaking toilet the first day we arrived. But the host took care of it immediately. The apartment is about 4 minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and public transportations. I couldn’t help it but to mention this: The paint and the corking jobs particularly in the bathrooms need to be professionally done.

Location was convenient. We saw a mouse in the property and did not have automatic service and had to schedule cleaning. That was not communicated to us and no cleaning over the weekend. The floor below us kept their doors open all day and cooked very pungent food that emanated through the walls all day and all night.

Worst experience ever! Bedbugs, broken AC

The property allows pets, maybe the reason we got bit by bedbugs all over our body. The AC units are loud, the bathroom are horrible. The refrigerator is broken. Avoid at all cost! Somehow I can't upload photos of bedbugs bites.

Le plus appréciable dans ce bâtiment c’est le chauffage à l’intérieur de chaque chambre et le salon. Il fait tellement froid dans le pays que arriver dans l‘appartement on se sent bien. Par contre ce qui est dérangeant c’est la vitesse à laquelle sort l’eau dans la salle de bain et la douche. L’eau sort à toute petite goutte et c’est n’est vraiment pas efficace pour une douche parfait
