Perfect for a couple's stay!

Excellent! Great location, close to the underground station, very clean, modern decor, quiet, close to shops. Very helpful staff, highly recommended, great value.

Good room, ample size. Quite noisy though as hotel is positioned on a main road and the blinds are not black out blinds so woke very early. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom completely new. Would stay again.

Great and easy check in. Very friendly staff. Cute comfortable and convenient room. The only thing would be the road is a bit noisy and the blinds aren’t super dark. But would come back any time!

Great location

Brilliant location only five mins from Earls Court Station and facilities were good too. Great communication in advance of arrival as no staff present. Only slight downside is that the road is incredibly busy even at night and so suffers a little with traffic noise.

This property is very close to public transport and shops. The rooms are small but well thought out. Reminded us of living on a boat or in a tiny house. Check-in is done over the phone which was new to us but went smoothly.

We stayed at the Kensington Stay for 3 nights and overall it was a lovely stay. Amenities were good, the accommodation itself is a couple of minuite walk from the tube stop which is really handy and it felt very safe! Only thing to note is that we had a ground floor room and the traffic outside was pretty loud so I'd recommend bringing earplugs with you if you're a light sleeper!

I am definitely going to book this place again. We went to a concert in Hyde Park and this was perfect for a one night stay. Great location, great value. Right opposite the tube station and within reach of poplar takeaways. Clean, tidy and safe. Bit noisy at night with ambulances passing but the air-con was top draw! 😊

Clean, but tiny - still comfortable and recomended

Tiny room and bathroom and not well equipped «kichen». Very clean scandinavian style furnished. Plenty of storage. Close to the underground. Make sure to use the Warwick str exit! If not, take left and left again at the main exit. My granddaughter of 9 and I enjoyed our stay. Very nice manager. Thank you.

Perfect

Quick overnight trip with my daughter for a concert. This room was exactly what we needed. Perfectly located for transport links. Perfect size room with kitchenette, microwave, fridge, sink and hob. Building was quiet although there is traffic noise- it’s in the centre of the city so to be expected. Plenty of storage if you were planning on a longer stay. Shower and bathroom was great. Iron available if you phone reception- number on the wall in the foyer. Will definitely book again.

Great budget base

Great little base for exploring London or going to shows as we were. Positives, the room was clean, plenty of storage and had everything you need for a couple of nights including AC. Negatives, they could invest in some better blinds as they block out no light, lift was broken and we were on the top floor, fridge door doesn't shut properly so took ages to get cold. And there was a terrible smell coming from somewhere in the bathroom plus the extractor didn't work so smelt pretty bad all weekend in there. Think we were in room 9

Perfect for a couple of nights as quiet and fridge makes it easy to self cater. Website and owners need to update/ clearly mark address and provide directions from tube. We had 28-30 as door number but actual number was 1, so we walked right past as lots of people where in the way hiding tiny sign with building name. Also make it clear to use tube exit for Warwick Road/olympia buses NOT main exit. Room was great, plenty of space and water pressure in bathroom excellent. Appreciated UHT milk, tea and bottled water.

Reasonable room

Located in an area for easy access to everything in LOndon. The check in was easy and allowed us to check in 2 hours earliar than standard check in time which was very nice. Room is small with a fridge, electric hob. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small however clean and adequate. Shower head needs replacing as lime scales preventing water flow. Room is clean enough for my taste. Air conditioning is a massive plus. The room can be decorated with some nice paining or so. No iron or ironing board. Overall, I had a pleasent stay and would consider staying again.

Great service! Comfy room. Convenient location!

The person in charge or owner waited for us patiently to check in around 5pm plus & personally showed us how to enter the premises using their key/code & also showed us directly to our room which is located just right on ground floor as we requested. The room is comfortable with sufficient amenities provided that include pantry facilities & spacious closet & the room also comes with a big window with enough sunlight & ventilation (if open). Upon checking out, the owner once again extended his courtesy by helping us to store & move our luggage out for us to collect (rather than us having to carry our 2 big luggage down to the basement & up again when collect). Highly appreciated. The location is very convenient with the availability of Earl’s Court subway station (exit to Warwick) just right opposite to the lodging premises. Overall, the room is worth the value of the rate paid. I would recommend it.
