Apartment was spacious and beautiful, felt comfortable with 4 people and very at home. Could probably update the outdoor furniture but that’s all. Easy walk to Clapham high street, Clapham tube stop, and to Brixton. My only complaint is I received a package from Amazon which was left in the locked mailbox instead of outside the door. I asked City Relay/owner to arrange to pick it up (which I can still do) and I did not receive a response.
