Nice hotel. Very reminiscent of hotels visited in Dubai and the Middle East. If you’re looking for an authentic ‘British’ hotel…this isn’t it. But service was good, rooms were clean and overall a great location for Albert Hall attendees

The tube is fine, but the toilet waste pipe from upstairs rooms, noise from staff etc and outside noise was considerable.
