"Less than 24 hrs away from our arrival we got an email that our hotel reservations were canceled. We were forced to find another hotel at the last minute and had to paid more. It was a family vacation and we were all forced to stay in 4 different hotels which was quite upsetting."

"The hotel situated at a convinient location which is good, still 10-15 mins to the nearest subway station. The room is very basic but the problem is the noisy air condition all night long, could not sleep at all as this was constant. Asked the hotel to fix it or change the room for us but just ignored ..."
