"The outside terrace was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful . Mario deserves extra credit for his hospitality and going out of his way to help us with directions and our breakfast offering. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and although the drop coffee ran out Mario kindly made us a couple of cappuccinos. Our only issue was noise from pipes and upstairs that sounded like someone was pressure washing. We were notified at the front deal that it was an issue with tenants in the building. "

"Great location — close to public transportation and walkable to many local attractions. The view from the room was also very nice. The staff were very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help me with my public transportation ticket from Lisbon to Porto. Very calm, patient, and supportive throughout my stay. A wonderful experience overall. 😊"
