"The hotel was in a convenient location opposite a bus stop at the top of the hill. Our room was spacious, very clean, and provided with all our needs. Good choice of breakfasts, and evening food if required. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. No parking, but we didn't need it anyway!"

"Overall the hotel is average. Rooms are small and we could not walk around our room without ducking on the 4th floor due to the walls sloping inward. Additionally, the cable tv barely worked and the tv would go in and out. When you walk into the building we stayed in, you have to take a stairway up to the first floor to get on an elevator. There was a funky smell to the building. A little like sewage or a dead animal, we aren’t sure. The positives were that the room and bathroom were updated and clean. Location is decent. "

"From the first reception to check out, what a pleasant experience. The staff is very, very professional and friendly and helpful. They all speak English. The room was spacious and immaculate and very welcoming. Special snacks and Port wine were left for us every day in our room. Restaurant very very good. Wine class very informative and tasty. "Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. They had free water for guest. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. One of the better hotels I have stayed at in awhile. It was also well located near the train station, numerous resteraunts and had a great area for Uber to pick up right in front. Perfect stay"
