I loved my stay here, would reccomend it, and will likely bring ny fruends and family next year. The location is perfect, close enough to everything and anything you would ever need, but not right in the centre so you can get excellent rest. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Cleaning was excellent, rooms are spacious and well designed (especially loved the deep tub and blackout curtains). Can't wait to come back!

Excellent stay, rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was great. The Christmas decorations in the main lobby were also a nice touch, very warm and welcoming. Lots of shops and restaurants near by, including a supermarket, as well as a short walk to metro stations. Would definitely come back again.

This was a very basic but clean hotel. Unsure how it gets the VIP status in its name but it’s enough for a couple nights stay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Easy to hear every sound around you and in the hallways.

Clean room, exceptional staff, excellent breakfast, and a variety of food options. I want to say that both Joao & Mariana were very, very helpful and answered all the questions. Advised us on places to visit within the city. Arranged for our takeaway breakfast as we had an early flight to catch. This hotel was chosen for its connectivity to two metro stations and a couple of supermarkets, including Aldi. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family when they visit Lisbon.

I always look for a hotel that offers a good breakfast spread (not just a basic continental one), and Picoas Hotel did not disappoint. The menu varies daily, so it never feels repetitive. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Picoas Hotel is conveniently located near the Metro and tour bus departures. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. There’s also a large department store, several food halls, and a supermarket nearby. The in-house restaurant is excellent and well worth trying.
