"Ace hotel. Criticism out the way early - the superior triple room wasn’t functional as a triple. Simply the extra bed would fit without compromising accessibility. The futon wasn’t comfortable either and it was easier for our daughter to sleep with us than the bed which defeats having an extra bed. But… the hotel is great. Staff. Location. Brilliant. The room even with that issue was perfect for us. We loved it and would come again and recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay here. There was a problem with the exterior shutter in my room. Maintenance staff were not able to solve it as a short term repair, and they immediately moved me to another room. The staff were wonderfully responsive and accommodated a subsequent move as well. Location was wonderful and could walk easily to Sacre Coeur. I would stay there again when visiting Paris."

"Perfect stay in good location. Room is cleaning every day except blanket which still has dust and not good for allergic guest. For hair dryer, it is very old so better prepare by yourself."

"Exceptional attention to detail on all levels, especially staff. Location is outstanding. If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to better sound proof the rooms if possible. Otherwise would happily return to this property. Thank you for a great stay."

"Once the room attendant left all the dirty towels and garbage bags from the whole level near my door and even didn’t lock my door, it was opened when I came back in the evening. So it was opened the whole day! The staff told me “apologies” and also she said that the hotel director will write me a letter or even I will be given a compensation. I never heard from them since I left.
Breakfast was nice and clean. The hotel is in the heart of Montmartre and it is far away from the train station and...

"This is the only place I want to be when traveling to Paris! Beautiful neighborhood with almost too many restaurants to choose from, close to the Dali Museum and Montmartre Museum, and three metro lines. Free espresso and water 24/7, and a gracious staff that truly cares."
