"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"My single bed room was small but everything worked okay. TV, Hot water kettle, AC, mini fridge. My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. No street noise or train noise. Very quiet. Coffee, sugar cream and towels were restocked daily. Check in and out was easy. Nice large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches. Hotel is next to the Leeds Train Station. Very convenient."

"If you can afford any other hotel please for the love of god stay there. I would rather stay at the Bates Motel instead of this tish hole. After a long hard day working at Harewood House food festival we arrived to check in at 8pm to be told we had to pay to park in the hotel car park (like they didn’t charge enough for the crap room to cover the cost of this and they certainly don’t put that money to the upkeep of the hotel) We have stayed in many hotels but this by far is the worst. "A lovely clean hotel, very big room with kitchen, loung,bedroom and ensuite with huge TV in both lounge and bedroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooftop bar and dining area. Very good value for money. Close to the train station and handy for shopping. Have already booked another room for later in the year."

"I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening."
