"Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice! The only negative thing to say is the doors to the rooms are loud when electronically unlocking...

"Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away. "

"Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!"

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the restaurant strip and probably a 10 minute walk from the bus station. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly...
