The place was easy to get to from the train station considering the topography of Riomaggiore. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy and the complimentary bottle of wine was excellent. Paolo was very helpful when we arrived.

The place is at a good location and very clean. They have a common kitchen with complimentary water and other drinks. It’s not your typical hotel with a 24/7 lobby staff. Overall, had a great stay there!

This was the nicest hotel by far of all of our stays! Very clean! Lovely kitchen area and sitting room as well as your own bedroom! The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful! We had an issue (not with them or the hotel) and they went out of their way to help us out! Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Florence!!
