"The place is worn out. You can do better"

"We flew in late so this hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport the bed was comfy room was beautiful"

"Unbelievable. Will return."

"Rooms were fine, decently comfy but outdated. The wait to check in was abysmal. I waited in line for over 90 mins to check in. Same with breakfast- line was so long that I ended up skipping."

"It was centrally located near the bus to the airport and also the DEUCE that takes you straight to the strip for 2.00. The hotel is old and smells a bit musty but the staff was nice. I enjoyed by stay and would stay again. If you are a light sleeper. ask for a room away from Fremont street since it is incredibly LOUD!!"

"We had no hot water for our last two days. Front desk said the whole hotel was not getting hot water. Bell desk and valet were very friendly and helpful. Front check in was cold not out going at all. Housekeeping was friendly when I saw them. You were never sure when they were coming. You pay a $45 resort fee for little services. I stayed 8 days they changed the sheets one time and cleaned the room one time. They would come by and drop off towels occasionally."

"Rooms are outdated and needs an upgrade. The hotel is clean in lobby and restaurant however my room smelled of old furniture also my shower faucet fell off the wall while I was taking a shower. Poorly repair"

"Beautiful and clean room, very comfortable bed. Pool open til 11pm but I was refused entry at 10:30pm as the wristband registration person had already gone home. Unacceptable. FYI Pool doesn't allow any swimming gear such as goggles, floats. Found staff to be neutral to unfriendly for the most part (I found myself shocked when I came across someone friendly). Difficult to call front desk from the room as their alexa based system was offline (no phone in room). Resort fee does not include...

"Very clean room . Friendly staff . Highly recommend the Hotel"

"Breakfast was great"
