"The staff and entertainment was amazing. The front desk people were nice. The concierge was very welcoming and I truly enjoyed our stay."

"Pool was overcrowded because you have to pay extra to go into adults only pool and the nightclub. No lobby bar either. Thankfully we liked the beach and ocean because we are seasoned ocean swimmers. I found feces and 1 bandaide in the pool. Staff at buffet breakfast were Absolutely incredible. Made the trip, Staff at Asian were very rude, forgot about us. Didn't even fill our water . We waited 2.5 hrs for our meal. Watching 3-4, tables around us get served."

"Muy bien el desayuno, silencioso el hotel!!!"

"We loved it!!"

"In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always...

"The main pool the affinity pool was down for repairs the other two pools, which were much smaller. The filter didn’t work the whole time we were there. The water was filthy. We complained and just kept getting a run run around. They told us to take excursions"

"Air conditioning noisy And the sink in the bathroom was not draining well"

"The acomodaytion the give me a room in the 6 floor event fo I told the staff I have ankle surgery, they dont care ,I offer more more money no respond. The elevator has a mal function it doesn't work since yesterday imagine ho downstairs, and take the staris everyday up an down, horrible very discouraged, I love the hote,I been coming to this hote for almost 35 years I'm sad the way people in reception treat people Thank you"

"Good"

"Hola Estuvo bien pero la verdad nos hubiera gustado antes de hacer la reservación, que estaba en construcción el restaurante Había muchísimo ruido Y no nos pudo emos realmente relajar"

"This place is in a great location downtown. The only downfall is that it’s rather small and it’s kid friendly so you will be woken up by screaming kids every morning. However, the food and service was amazing, rooms clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back to PV but might try an adults only stay."
