"the hotel is far from the city but it take 5 minute walk to suizenji garden. the staff is good and free bicycle [awesome] for guest. the hotel is clean and good "

"The room for 4 people is very tiny, too small. We almost cannot open our 4 baggage spontaneously. The bathroom is so small too. Wifi has not good signal. The good thing is it closes to tram station. Parking lots are also available which cost 750 yen per night per car. Breakfast costs 750 yen per head too."

"everything is so good, room is nice and clean. "

"Rooms were wonderful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location so close to Sakuramachi, the shopping arcade, and the Kumamoto Castle and right across the street from the tram station. Laundry machines were always clean and you can check the status on the TV without leaving your room which was so nice."

"The hotel is quite new compared to other Richmond Hotel that I have stayed at and it is well-located directly in the walking/shopping street."
