"The property itself, the grounds, bar and restaurant are stunning but unfortunately let down hugely by the rooms in the Chateau. Admittedly I did opt for one of the rooms on the lower priced end of the scale but didn’t expect the room to be unclean, just not as well appointed and modern. However the walls were stained, carpet was bare, edges of the room were thick with dust and dirt, the shower tray floor tiles were stained and black around the drain and I couldn’t bring myself to sit on the...

"Bed. Very comfy. Breakfast home made cookies and yoghurt Hostess very obliging pleasant lady A bigger tv would have made it perfect For my partner.. Had to leave early due to flooding back in UK. Large interesting property decorated in traditional french style . Free parking right outside. "

"Hôtel parfaitement situé, au centre de Saint Omer. Personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner plutôt bien pour le tarif. C'était mon deuxième séjour, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Les petits bémols ? La taille des chambres, vraiment exiguës, plutôt à utiliser par des voyageurs seuls. Autre soucis : j'ai rarement vue un débit d'eau aussi faible dans une douche, mais ce n'était peut être que dans ma chambre. En quittant je l'ai signalé, et le personnel à été très à l'écoute."

"Interesting and beautiful hotel set in lovely parkland and gardens. Good food in the brasserie and useful to know that one of the three restaurants is open each day. Plenty of parking and an hour from Calais so an excellent stopover."

"We were made to feel very welcome by the family. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. The en-suite was a room in itself, very well equipped; the shower was easy to use and accessible. Much appreciated too was the non-slip mat. Plenty of parking and for those with EVs, there is cheap 50kW charging 3km away at Planet Aire. We hope to return. We enjoyed the 3-course home-cooked dinner and the continental breakfast with eggs, cold meat, yogurt and more,...

"Breakfast was really nice with everything fresh and even bacon and scrambled egg. Staff were really nice and friendly, complimenting my wife on her French whilst also being good wirh English"
