"Very clean and immaculate hotel with very friendly staff and nice rooms. The internet is incredibly slow in the room which made working difficult. The tv in the room is very old and does not have Netflix or prime or most common North American apps, and the mirroring function doesn’t work. We had to use our laptop which was ok but for the quality of the hotel was not expected. Shows were buffering from poor internet quality. Despite this would maybe stay again as staff and hotel are all great otherwise."

"Everything about the hotel was excellent. From the friendly staff, the amazing breakfast menu, and the convenient location, being next to Kyoto station. If we were to travel to Kyoto again, we will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The only thing i didn’t really like was the breakfast buffet. The variety of food was not as expected and a lot of the food was cold and looked like it was there a while. But there were enough choices of restaurants near by and food court at the mall next to the hotel. The location of the hotel was best. "
