We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves very much! Great facilities and very convenient location.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful (e.g regarding luggage transport).
We will definitely come back to Comfort Hotel ERA when we’re in Kyoto the next time.

Nice find in Kyoto. Convenient, right next to Toji Station, a konbini, and multiple dining options. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. Hotel comes with a lounge to relax in and they provide afternoon snacks as well as coffee/tea all day long.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the facilities, with the free afternoon snacks and coffee/tea, the long library opening hours, and the laundry facilities. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
