When I walked into this space I felt like I was a millionare that could actually afford a place like this! The pictures are real! First place we stayed that had room service breakfast for free! It was just so lovely and delicious!! I felt like royalty! EXCEPTIONAL in all aspects!!

Staff was helpful and nice. Its an old love hotel, but it was perfect even for an 3week tourism tour. Industrial neighborhood far from the downtown restaurant and nightlife.

Amazing hotel ! Employees are very nice, the room was incredibly well equipped and confortable (massage chair, large bed, bath and hammam in the bath room, slot machine, all amenities included…). The breakfast was great. Train station is near (15 min walking). I totally recommend it, thanks for this wonderful experience !

Good size of room, very cost-effective. Mostly clean with good amenities. Very strong Nicotine smell throughout the hotel (It will give you a headache until you are used to it). Still very cost effective and friendly just have to deal with the smell.

Positives Omg we must have booked this hotel by accident, but it was a good accident. It was the best hotel that we stayed at in Japan and the best sleep we had. The room was like a large flat which included a massage chair, a huge queen size bed, breakfast table and 3 fridges one which sells adult merchandise, I basic fridge and the other which has drinks and snacks to purchase. The bathroom was luxurious with expensive appliances including a television, and a jacuzzi bath and all the pampering that you could wish for. Oh, and don’t forget the toilet that washes and dry’s you. Also a huge tv with karaoke facilities. Full Japanese cooked breakfast is included with the price that we paid for and was delicious, it is served in your room through a hatch at the time requested. Tea and coffee facilities and a microwave This hotel is for adults only. With adult extras so ….. Negative - This hotel is located within a complex alongside other establishments providing similar services. There are no local shops in the immediate vicinity, and the train station can be reached with a walk of approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Has everything you could need

There were some stains on the bed skirt (looked like lipstick) and some dust between the sheets. But overall very clean. Front desk was availabile 24hrs and were very helpful and resourceful. Very nice and big room.

The room smells like smoked and at first glance it looks ok but then you can see the place falling a part. This place needs updating. The staff didn’t speak English but I was able to cancel the first night, they were nice.
