JR WEST GROUP VIA INN PRIME KYOTOEKI HACHIJOGUCHI
Decent enough hotel with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The additional amenities available were mostly caffeinated hot drink sachets, whereas another recent hotel had creams and bath salts available which was a nice touch.

Bed was too hard for me. Asked for extra futon but was not available. Asked for a blanket and slept on top of the futon. Still too hard I felt like I was beaten up after two nights

Our biggest complaint was the air quality in the rooms. We became heavily congested but found that went away after a few hours out of the room.
