"This place is just amazing in every way. The view from our room overlooking the kamo river is very picturesque. The layout of the room is very well designed and the room is huge and tastefully decorated. The location is close to the subway and minimarts. Love the microwave, the 2 televisions, and the washing machine.
Highly recommend!!"

"This is listed as a 3 star hotel. It is not. It is the most luxurious hotel we’ve stayed at, including 5 star properties. The room was amazing. The location was perfect. Although everyone in Japan seems extraordinarily nice, the staff here beat even that standard. There was not one second of our time at this property that wasn’t perfect. 10/10. "

"Excellent place to stay in Gion. Really nice location, convenient. Attentive staff but they will not get in your way. Nice bathroom with a Japanese-style shower and tub area. Very clean and nice amenities. Although no breakfast provided, they provide suggestions and a convenience store is right across the street."

"Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, we didn’t want to leave. Spacious, beautiful appointed, sauna, oxygen spa bath. Spotlessly clean with helpful fabulous staff. Convenient laundry facilities. Small traditional restaurants in the streets and alleyways made for some great cultural / gastronomical experiences. Great work Gion Elite Terrace "
