"Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor."
"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "A very basic hotel, although staff were helpful and polite. There were no dining opportunities and the rooms were small and rather depressing. However it was clean and convenient. The price was reasonable for what it offered."
"The staff was nice but the facility is old and moldy everywhere. We couldn’t find any other hotels that were available to we stayed but I don’t think I would stay there again because of how old and moldy it was. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Blossom! It was so comfortable, the bed, shower and bathroom were highlights! The staff was kind and accommodating! It was located close to the train, so convenient for getting around! Highly recommend this stay!"
"This, while being amazingly affordable, was very clean and well located property.
The grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well maintained, and the amenities were stocked after every cleaning.
The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line, and is near an excellent food court and wonderful park with a beautiful shrine nestled in.
I plan on staying here (or one of their related properties!) on my return trip to Tokyo soon!"
APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Eki Tower
10/10 Excellent
"I had a great stay here. Great location for daily activities: the train station is across the street and that helps get around the city and transfer to other lines to get to Shibuya and other parts of the city.
There's a park about a five-minute walk from the hotel.
Easy access to food with several restaurants and Family Marts and a 7-11 nearby. Also, the breakfast buffet in the morning is good so it's worth paying for it when booking.
Even if you don't request cleaning, the room gets cleaned every several days. The bed was high, so there was storage for luggage underneath the bed. "
"The room was spotless, comfy & a decent size. A shame the window was covered in plastic & scaffolding due to maintenance but we were only there for 2 nights so not an issue. Walls are quite thin - could hear the guy next door snoring. But overall a great hotel & would recommend staying here for a couple of nights as part of your Tokyo trip."
