"Heritage building. Room 208 on 2nd floor far end the aircond unit not cold maybe need servicing or ceiling vent was not conceal only covered with mosquito netting. Reception to hotel building is far apart. Guest with car to take note gate close at 10pm & parking is limited about 8 bay & entrance from Church behind hotel building."

" I was in Kuching for 10 days staying at a different place every 2-3 days all around the same price range and this one was the worse of them all. The tv was a rabbit ear 13" with a snowy picture and 2 Vietnamese channels only. The hotel is old in a not so good area with hookers standing outside the hotel. The hotel is so old if it is clean you can't tell, needs paint, plumping toilet leaking around the base, needs lots of work to bring into a 1-star hotel rating. Many restaurants in walking...

"Nice hotel for a few nights stay. A few issues like the shower head kept falling out of the stand and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, but all in all it was a comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast, helpful staff and really well situated. Would stay again."
