"The hotel is in a great location close to the train station, the staff were lovely and really helpful, the room was nice and clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again"

"The room was clean. It is small but ample enough for us, we spent most of the days exploring the city and surrounding areas. It is just a few steps from the main square with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helped us finding a polish restaurant nearby. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The only thing not done was the pods for the coffee machine were not replenished, so had to ask reception a couple of times for them. Breakfast was mainly continental...

"Room is clean, staff is nice and good location."

"The hotel was spotless, staff were very freindly, we ate there good value for money, free fruit, biscuits and croissants every day. We,ll definitely stay there again."

"Very clean hotel."

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and were able to orient me in the city. The garden area near the lobby was pretty nice, but the rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable. I did hear a little bit from the tram that was directly under my room, but it was overall a very nice hotel. I would stay there again if I were in Krakow."

"Camera pulita, posizione eccellente, forse migliorabile la colazione per quanto riguarda la parte dolce ma nel complesso è un ottimo hotel."
