Great location, across the road from the park with the town behind, 24 hour shop within 2 mins walk. Train and bus station 15 mins walk, cat coffee 5 mins walk. Helpful staff, comfortable beds, nice breakfast.

Must stay when in krakow

The hotel was excellent, the breakfast is great to start you're day,plenty of choice. Where it is ideal for getting to the main square. If i was to go back then that's where i will stay.very clean towels changed every day.

Very close to old town square with many dining and shopping options. Decent place for budget conscious travelers, free breakfast included, with many options of food. Very spacious room. Nothing fancy, but it was safe, close to where we wanted to be, and very affordable.

We had a comfortable room, little but really clean, with AC, and very close to the main squares! Very convenient! Staff is really friendly, the breakfast is good, don’t expect a WOW breakfast but very fair and worth the price! If you don’t think to spend most of the hours at the hotel book this one!

Hotel was located in a convenient location; 7 minute walk to the main square and to the main train/bus station. The room was very spacious and breakfast was a nice plus. If you have a room from the main street side, the trams passing by can be loud. Overall, it's a good option.

The hotel is in an ideal location, 5 minutes walk to the main square. It was clean and tidy. Breakfast had a selection of breads, cereal, a few hot items and enough to keep you filled up. One staff member from the breakfast staff was rude however all others were pleasant and polite.

Room was a good size for just me. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Great location. Just a couple minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Also, less than 10 minute walk to the main square. About 20 minute walk to the castle. It was less than 15 minutes to the bus/train station.

Absolutely fantastic

We are a family of three adults traveling and reserved a family room. In all of our travels this was probably one of the most comfortable rooms. We each had a single bed which I so appreciated. The room was spacious and the location to old town was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff was superb, Very welcoming and accommodating. I needed some Ryanair tickets printed and they were very gracious. I would absolutely stay here again on my next return to Kraków!

We were first offered a room on the 4th floor. It only had a sky light in the ceiling and no window. We said that we were unhappy with this. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor that was much better and had a window !

The hotel had a foul smell throughout our stay. First smell was upon arrival and then the same smell in the bathroom. The toilet brush was stuck in the holder, the shower door was broken. The first night we were kept awake by very noisy plumbing system, vibrating through the room. Only given two sachets of coffee per day for 2 people. Had to ask for more toilet paper. No bar or dining facilities. Toaster was broken only allowing for 2 slices of bread to be toasted. Would not stay here again

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, liegt aber an einer Straße mit Tram-Linie. Mein Zimmer lag zum Hinterhof, daher war es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, aber es gab kleinere Nachlässigkeiten: die Tagesdecke war fleckig, der Heizkörper im Bad stark eingestaubt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und bot eine große Auswahl. Lediglich die Startzeit des Frühstücks mit 7:00 ist für Geschäftsreisende etwas einschränkend.
