"Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again."

"A great location, only a 10/15 minute walk from the main square. Clean and tidy accommodation ideal for a short stay. The only negative if it is one the pillows need to be renewed as they are flat and too soft, we had to ask for extra pillows and another bath towel at an extra cost(not much) but I thought it was unnecessary, other than that we had a fantastic stay."

"Great location. Room was in great condition and the kitchen was perfect for my stay. No complaints, would stay here again!"

"The level of cleanliness was fantastic, the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main square with coffee shops on the door step. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. A very pleasant stay with very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. We had room only as we enjoy a light breakfast in a busy coffee shop."

"A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well. A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being."

"A comfortable apartment with great kitchen facilities. The reception staff were really helpful and kind. A good location for access to the river, castle, and old town."

"Great location, lovely and clean also"

"We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at Bogoria House. The location is fantastic, very peaceful, however has so many lovely restaurants and bars just a few steps away. You have main square in one direction and Wawel Castle in the other, both being a few minutes walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the whole place has such a lovely feel to it, stylish, welcoming and full of charm. It’s one of those places that makes...

"La stanza era segnalata con tre letti il terzo era un divano"

"Very smooth contactless check in but the quality of the beds were poor"

"Excellent location in Old Town, clean and quiet property and a great price!"

"Fräscht boende med bra läge nära Gamla stan."

"Host messaged me on whatsapp about check in instructions. The location was absolutely ideal, right next to a big shopping mall and Krokow train station, walking to old town is about 20 minutes. House was very clean, equipped with basics, it was definitely nice to have AC in Europe. The only thing I wish were more pillows. It was overall a very comfortable stay."

"Great accommodation, easy check in. In the centre of town close to the castle, plenty of restaurants. Walking distance from railway station. Quiet area. Would definitely recommend"

"Small but close to everything"

"Close to the city centre, plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Also a small supermarket just around the corner."

"Location was good to get out and explore the beautiful river walkways very near by. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was to hard for my liking but not horrible! Price and cleanliness was very good. Needs a shelf in shower for toiletries. Outside voices carry as if they’re in the room with you. There’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the outside. That being said, it is a fairly quiet area and there’s not a lot of foot traffic or vehicle traffic in the evening or night."
