Had the breakfast once, it was ok, all the usuals. Loved that they leave a carafe in the room and have a machine on each floor to get fresh water. AC was there but I wouldn’t say it was good. I really enjoyed my stay here and felt it was good value for the price. The staff were all very friendly and often went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated that the television could get streaming services so I could enjoy programming I am used to in Los Angeles. There were no channels in English so this feature was good for me. The location was excellent being only 5 minutes walk from the city square. All attractions were within easy walking distance, as was the train station. I will definitely stay here on a subsequent visit to Krakow and will highly recommend sent it to anyone I know of who plans to visit Krakow.

All good. Modern mid-range hotel on quiet street on edge of Old Town next to Planty green belt. Very convenient for sightseeing and restaurants. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast buffet for extra charge.

The room was clean, bathroom not so much, very dusty. NO AIR CONDITION. Don’t believe that there is. Staff very helpful, I asked for a fan for the room and got it with just minutes. Definitely won’t come back.

10/10 for location, couldn’t have stayed in a more prime stop if we tried - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Only negative was the fan/air con in the room didn’t work at all, the staff kindly provided a fan but overall the room was uncomfortably warm at times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet and amazing location. Check in and check out all super convenient. Would stay again!

A lovely setting alongside a park. My room was spatitious, comfortable and with a Nespresso machine. Loved that you could get fresh water from the corridor (including cool and sparkling) - great to stay hydrated. Nice walk into old town.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Basic budget hotel which was conveniently located, close to the train station, Old Town, and other public transport. The hallways had an off-putting smell, but maybe due to the pet-friendly aspect of the property. We stayed during the extreme heatwave (100°) and the AC struggled to keep the room cool, but the plug-in fan helped to keep it manageable. The tub/shower was difficult to get in and out of (even for our 30-something family member who commented about it) no grab handles at all. Probably would not choose this place again, but considering the price, the expectations were not high.
