"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?).
And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk.
The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor.
It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"We needed a place close to the hakata station, that was comfortable and had parking all of which this hotel had. There aren't any luxurys, but it had all we needed."
"Would highly recommend to new comers trying to experience an exceptional hotel I definitely will be staying again in the near future. Really good dining near by, the staff friendly and professional quick to respond to any needs"
"We arrive to Fukuoka airport too late to catch the last train home so we booked this hotel. Even though we arrived late, there was someone available to help us check in. The room, although small, was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. There was even a combination washer/dryer in the room. In the lobby, there is a coffee machine and guest can select amenties such as tea or bathing towels as needed for the room. Unlike other hotels in the chain, there were no bath salts offered but that is a very minor comment."
"I can’t believe its a two star hotel! The amenities are so nice, and they even held onto my luggage for me for only 550 yen for the whole day! It made it easy to explore knowing my bags were safe."
"Thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay, my only complaints were that it was a little dusty in some areas and there was only a microwave in the lobby. Otherwise a comfortable stay with great access to Hakata station and right across from a 23hr affordable food spot (Sukiya)"
"The lobby area looks grand but the furniture in the room is so old! The bedsheet and pillow covers are yellowish, look like no one used or being moved for a very long time! The staff are nice though"
