Lived for 7 days, the overall experience is pretty good, place is clean. A lot of restaurants around the hotel which is quite convenient for us. The only comment is the rubbish bin is not big enough especially staying here for 7 days.

Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze.

This was a very strange property to stay at, with good and bad aspects. On the good side, the room was clean and new, comfortable beds, nice little kitchen. However the down side of this place was the traffic noise. The room faced a very busy street and the windows offered no sound insulation whatsoever. We had to wear earplugs every night and even then the noise from trucks and motorcycles was non stop. I’m sorry but this was not a quiet or restful place.

The location and floor layout is great, very spacious and functional. Having a washing machine helps. The only problem we encountered was during the check in process. Instructions on how to check in was not clear, so much confusion and frustration. I would suggest they also include English in the email.

Room was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a short stay. Love the washer in the room as it saved us from packing too much. The only issue we had was the slippers were uncomfortable but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. The other complaint I have is the noise - you can hear everything and we were on the 3rd floor. There is no noise insulation. The AC can be loud too and distracting as it runs through the night. Bring earphones.

Hopefully have a ice machine on first floor or somewhere, Specially hot summer weather! And provide a short cut map from HAKATA station by walk! Google map sometimes struggling of instructions! Otherwise that, Stay was fantastic and cost effectiveness! Bus station locates right front of Hotel, few convenience store around the hotel. 통상 호텔들에 있는 얼음 머신과 자판기가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠고 하카타역으로 부터 간단하게 걸어갈수 있는 길이 있음에도 구글맵으로 찾아가니 조금 돌아가게 되었습니다! 이 두가지 빼고는 호텔 바로주변 편의점이나 버스정거장 위치가 좋아서 왕래가 편했습니다. 아주 가성비 넘치는 호텔입니다.

하카타역과 캐널시티를 도보로 이동하는데 전혀 문제가 안됩니다. 주변에 편의점도 많고 마트도 위치해 있고요. 아주 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 방 내부도 만족스러웠고 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 체크인이 비대면 방식이라 처음 접하는 저한테는 조금 어려운 점도 있었습니다. 밤에 자동차나 오토바이가 빠르게 지나갈때 소음이 잘 들리는 점은 단점입니다.

意外很棒的家庭出遊選擇，適合有自理餐點需求的家庭，設備相當齊全，有廚房、餐具、鍋碗、冰箱、微波爐、清潔用品，洗衣機、吹風機、沐浴乳、洗髮精、護髮乳。空間相當大，出入方便不擁擠，可開27吋兩個加20吋兩個不成問題。自助辦理入住也有中文人士，退房也很方便。附近有兩間超市可以買菜，使得餐費大幅下降，還有一間24小時藥妝，補貨方便。

일본숙박 좁고작은데 가격은 비싼반면 로이는 가격은 저렴하면서 방크기는 넓어요! 우선 제가 묵은 방은 어른 둘, 아이 둘이 일주일 동안 묵었었고.. 거실, 부엌, 방(더블베드 두개), 옷장, 화장실, 샤워실이 분리되어있어요. 딱 일본의 멘션 구조이구요. 넉넉한 타올과, 세탁기가 구비되어있어서(세탁제도 있음) 매일 빨래하고 샤워실에서 건조하면 다음 날 또 입을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 가시면 건조사용 시 필요한 일회용 옷걸이를 여분으로 더 챙겨기시면 좋을 거 같구요. 위치도 호텔 앞, 건너편에서 텐진으로 가는 버스정류장이 바로 있어서 버스타고 돌아다니기도 좋았어요. 또 대형슈퍼마켓(sunny라던가…) 도 걸어서 5분이면 두군데나 있어서 도시락이나 과자 음료도 저렴하게 구입가능해요. 다음에 또 후쿠오카 간다면 또 들릴게옹! 체크인할 때도 한국분이 도외주셔서 쉽게 잘 했어용
