"We’ve now stayed at this resort twice and can honestly say the service is amazing every single time. On our first visit we stayed in the ocean villa with pool, which was absolutely incredible. This time we stayed in a garden bungalow and it was just as good in a completely different way. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and attentive — they really make the experience special. Highly recommend and we already can’t wait to come back again!"

"Other than the gym feeling a bit outdated, everything else was great. One thing to keep in mind is the tide level upon arrival — if the tide is low, the boat may not be able to get close to the dock, so you might need to walk a short distance to the hotel. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of."

"We were upgraded on our arrival. We were provided with a bungalow with a view on the sea. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying one more night. It's a very beautiful resort in the jungle. The resort has his own private beach and is secluded (20 minutes walk from the pier). The breakfast (buffet) was good. The staff was nice and helpful."

"This hotel is with walking distance from the pier so it’s very convenient to get to. We got a room that has pool access. That was very nice since we can lounge on the patio or just jump into the pool. There’s another pool facing the beach so the view is very nice from there. The breakfast has limited offerings and was located in a different building from the hotel but still close. And now to the beds…they had one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in. I’ve traveled all over Asia and firm beds are normal. But the bed on our room was so hard that it made our first night so uncomfortable. Besides that one issue, it’s a nice hotel to stay for a short time."

"Outdoor pool was very nice but need some improvements and I hate places that charge you more for shade or better seat close to the pool."

"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this property but that experience really bummed me out and sort tarnished the whole thing."
