"We stayed in Room 杉 on with a private open-air bath on April 15, and this was our second time visiting this property—our last stay was about 8 years ago. It was such a joy to return.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Both meals were absolutely delicious, with the clams being a definite highlight! We also noticed some thoughtful upgrades since our last visit, like the addition of remote-controlled lighting and TV, as well as extra blinds around the private bath area for added privacy.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We arrived on a rainy day, and they kindly arranged to pick us up near the bus station, which we really appreciated.
It was also a lovely touch that they offer complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. On top of that, we received a gift card with our booking, which we enjoyed using at the gift shop.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel. We’re already looking forward to hopefully returning again in the near future."
