"Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Each room comes equipped with everything you need to make green tea and wake up with the sun. The 6th floor restaurant boasts views of Mount Fuji on a clear day with excellent food and service. The public bath is comfortable, clean, and hot! 10/10 experience.
As for the area around the hotel, we were so amazed by the quiet, lush, and serene town of Tokorozawa. We walked to a Seibu Lions baseball game, the forest that inspired Totoro, and several local parks. It was a great experience of “small town” Japan that is very different from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city. "
"Kichijoji is close to my home town. I’m so happy that I could find this apartment at Kichijoji near Kichijoji station.
I was looking for the room a studio style. Because this trip is just by myself. Not with my family.
This room is for a young couple or a single. Not for older couple because it’s small size studio.
The room is clean and cozy. There is an umbrella in closet which I could use in rainy day that was unexpected during my vacation.
And I did a lot of laundry, I could hang wet clothes with the hangers with pinches. That made me happy because I didn’t need to buy anything for laundry too.
I wish there are small dining table and chairs to eat. There is a small table and 2 chairs facing the wall which I used them for my laptop computer.
And also I wish there are some bath mats (thick towels) in the bathroom.
I really liked and enjoyed staying this apartment."
"We enjoyed this hotel. It had a great location close to the train station and lots of shopping. It's a bit of a journey getting to downtown Tokyo, but we knew that when we booked it. We were visiting people and places close by, and the hotel worked out great for us. "
