"The owners were so enjoyable, they only spoke broken English but we were able to converse. The facility is a traditional Japanese inn, so sitting in the floor and sleeping on futon. Suggest using two futon if you are not so l used to sleeping in the floor. The air conditioning was great cause it was hot outside. "Lots of things and places to do around and near hotel. Very close to the train station and only 1 stop away from Shinjuku. We like our hotel space. It’s spacious compare to standard Japanese hotels or apartments. "
