"Amazing hotel, great location, with beautiful pool and amazing views of the city. Rooms were large, very clean with all amenities. Lovely buffet breakfast with egg/omelette station. The bar at the pool was lovely and not bad prices for a cocktail. All staff were amazing and very helpful. There is also a really cheap market at the back of the hotel. Much cheaper than the other markets for any clothes. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"They told us we will check in as VIPs. So we can get to go another level for check in. But the entire process was super frustrating. We end up paying for additional pax nobody mentioned anything about per pax thingy and i clearly remember that apartment can fit more than 2 pax... (we have 2 adults + 1 kid for both apartment) The pregnant lady who attend to us seems to be very impatient. Clearly shows on face and body language. Which makes the entire procedure even more frustrating because of the communication barrier and the additional fees. It's NOT about paying more. Is, why nobody inform us earlier? AND best thing of all this? the lucky me, got unknown stain in the middle of my bed.... How lucky...? the room was at near 600$ PER NIGHT IN SGD.. but with this attitude and cleaniness.. I don't know if I will come back again. VERY disappointed. "
