"This property is beautiful and about 2 blocks from a busy bustling part of town w restaurants and nightlife and about a 15 min walk from the subway. Would definitely stay again. Staff was helpful and ate breakfast buffet everyday which was great."

"Great location and close to the metro station at the end of the Ginza line. Smaller rooms but set up nicely, we tucked our luggages under the bed. We loved the washroom as it was very roomy and the tub was nice after a long day. You are close to a 7/11 if you need to pick up something quick and there are lots of restaurants and amenities around."

"Triple bed room was very small. Not really any space for more than one piece of luggage. On the first night, I asked for a travel adapter but they had run out. The front desk said they’d bring one as soon as they had it in stock - never came. I ended up going out to buy one of my own a couple of days later. Bathroom was extremely small, toilet did not have much clearance to the wall - not very comfortable! It had a shower over bathtub set up which was ok but the bottom of the shower curtain was mouldy and never seemed to be washed or replaced during our stay. Breakfast buffet was decent but the food served was exactly the same every single day for the entire week that we stayed. Whilst the spread was reasonable, after about day 3, the repetitive food felt boring. Would suggest that the restaurant at least tries a rotation system. Location wise, was between two JR stations (Iidabashi and Suidobashi) and very close to metro stations as well so very convenient. Also close to Kagurazaka for restauarants and a bit of night life. The family mart across the road was also great!"

"The location is convenient as it's only 5 mins walk to the JR station. There are many restaurants in this area, which you will never find yourself hungry. This hotel is clean and the staffs are quite friendly. We will definitely return next time we fly to Tokyo."
