"Rooms were beautifully set out and very clean. Staff members were extremely helpful at all times. Great location, away from road noise. Room was very quiet. The only disappointing thing was that some outdoor areas were in need of greater upkeep, and neither of the two outdoor jacuzzis was operational. "Great hotel in Kata! everything was soooooo so good; - nice location which is close to everything and not far from beach. - friendly and helpful staff. - room is big enough for 6 person and suitable for family. The staff are absolutely amazing, the hotel manager Mr Sun is one in a million, talks and laughs with the guests, he will get you a coffee. My wife became ill and without hesitation Mr Sun transported us some 20km to hospital and waited with us until were being looked after..you will not be disappointed staying here with Mr Sun and his amazing team"
