"I loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and courteous, they speak excellent english. The rooms were comfy and clean and the view from my room was amazing, we could see a shrine and the kannon from our window. The gym is perfect with a variety of free weight dumbells and smith machines. My only criticism is the laundry, there should be more machines - it was hard to secure one while at the hotel. "Clean room. Very helpful staff. Great location. The hotel has an onsen which was great after a long day of walking around. We used a service to forward our luggage to Osaka which reception recommended and it was perfect. Luggage arrived earlier than expected in Osaka."
