We stayed at Le Méridien Putrajaya and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Highlights: • The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a vast selection and a fresh juice station that stood out. • The location is ideal, with direct 1-minute access to the IOI Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. • Staff and service were efficient and proactive. They were able to arrange airport drop-offs on short notice and even organized complementary to-go breakfast for one family member who had to leave at 5:30 AM. Overall, a well-run property with great amenities and top-notch service. Would highly recommend!

One night stay for work. Nice spacious room, nice bathwroorm with bath and separate shower, toilet automatised but no utensils, complementary dsicounts and coffee downstairs, TV channels did not work, was sorted out within minutes, but when we turned it on again at night same problem, too late for calling, but should have ensured this would not repeat and checks had not been done. Mall literally next door with enormous options for shopping, and eating.

Le Méridien in Putrajaya is a lovely property. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities you’d expect from this sort of hotel. We just wish the room had been cleaner upon check-in - there were finger prints and other marks on the window, stains on the window sill that looked like a beverage had been spilled and then left there to dry, and stains on the bathroom mirror and shower door. This wasn’t the end of the world, but we expected higher standards from a hotel like this. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location right by the huge shopping mall was great - lots of options for shopping and dining. The breakfast buffet was fine, but just average.

Séjour Le Meridien

Malgré la qualité de l’hôtel le service du personnel de la réception n’est absolument pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles. Une nuit supplémentaire m’a été facturée pour mate Check out alors que le surcoût initial annoncé était de quelques euros de l’heure. La communication avec la réception a été très difficile et ne semble pas être suffisamment à l’aise avec l’anglais pour des clients étrangers.
